Where your order ships from

Everything is packed and shipped by me from Charlotte, NC.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. During launches and the holiday season it can run a little longer, and I'll say so on the site if it does.

Shipping within the US

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Most orders ship USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and land between $5.90 and $8.65.

Free shipping on US orders over $50. No code needed, it applies automatically.

Once your order ships, USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 2–5 business days depending on where you are.

International shipping

I ship to over 200 countries via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International buyers are responsible for all customs and import fees for their country. These are not included in your shipping cost, and MangoIllustrated is not responsible for them.

If your order doesn't arrive

If for any reason you do not receive your order and it is over a week past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to me.

I unfortunately have no control over your order once it is handed to the delivery provider, and I can't refund or replace orders that are lost in transit or misdelivered. Any deliveries to the wrong mailbox or address, or orders lost in transit, are the responsibility of the delivery provider.

If your order is marked delivered: check with neighbors, check whether someone else in your household brought in the mail, and contact your local post office for help tracing it.

I'm really proud of my designs and I want you to get your order, so please reach out and we can work through the options together, including making a claim with the delivery provider.
