PLACING AN ORDER
Orders may be emailed to katie@mangoillustrated.com, placed on mangoillustrated.com upon registration and approval of wholesale account, or at faire.com/direct/mangoillustrated

 

PAYMENT
We accept credit card payments via our invoicing system. All payment must be received and processed by time of shipment.

SHIPPING
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Orders ship from Charlotte, NC via USPS. International orders are sent via UPS or FedEx.

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of in stock items (however, we do our best to get each order out ASAP). Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final and cannot be returned. We accept exchanges for damaged products, notify us via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.

PACKAGING & DISTRIBUTION
Products must be sold in original packaging and cannot be repackaged or rebranded. Products cannot be sold on any third party websites (such as but not limited to Amazon or Etsy).

DISCLAIMERS
Due to the small-batch nature of our products, slight variations are to be expected.

AI USE POLICY & RESTRICTIONS
MangoIllustrated does not use generative artificial intelligence tools at any stage of the creative process, including but not limited to design, ideation, image generation, or production. All work produced by MangoIllustrated is original and human-made.

To protect the integrity of the creative process and our intellectual property, we have strict rules about how our product photos, videos and other brand assets can and cannot be used.

By purchasing from MangoIllustrated, our wholesale partners agree not to use artificial intelligence tools to alter, edit, retouch, stylize or otherwise modify any product photographs, videos or visual assets belonging to MangoIllustrated without prior written consent.

This includes, but is not limited to, uploading our product photos and other assets to AI for use in promotional materials, social media content, advertisements and any other use case.
